Consumer report 2023

The first and largest research into consumer use of bitcoin and other cryptocurrency for shopping and payments. Quantitative and qualitative insights into who these consumers are and why they use bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as a means to pay for goods and services.

What's new in the 2023 edition

Last year we took our research up a notch, delving deeper into customer trends and behaviors. Our 2022 Edition, boasted an extensive 80 pages, enriched with 72 visual aids and a thorough Cluster Analysis of global crypto shopper segments.

This year, for the 2023 edition we are adding:

  • A section dedicated to the media and social media preferences of crypto-shoppers.
  • Longitudinal studies to see how preferences and behaviours have changed over time.
  • A new pre-release format. While we prepare the final report, we will be prereleasing most of our data in a more visual format, presenting key charts.
