Cluster analysis

The 2022 edition includes a cluster analysis of crypto shopper segments. It identifies seven customer segments and describes the demographics and needs of each in detail.

We also reanalyse the data by segment to show each group's preferences, for example specific currencies, product categories and shopping habits.
